Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and use TurboTax software to assist clients while building a local client base and fostering loyalty through community engagement. The role emphasizes in-person service, a strong customer focus, and collaboration with a team of financial professionals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
