Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building relationships in your local community.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will act as a trusted advisor, grow the client base, and participate in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
Must work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax footprint.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver tax planning guidance and optimize deductions with clients.
