Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.

Responsibilities include growing the local client base, delivering exceptional service, and connecting with the community. Must live in the United States and be prepared for a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to build a client base.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor and clear communication.
