Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help achieve positive financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes growing a local client base, engaging with the community, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, with hours likely extending during peak periods.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes; circular 230 familiarity is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations, including Sundays/Saturdays for 20+ hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future tax years.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build local client relationships in the community.
