Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and help grow the local client base while delivering a superior customer experience.

The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing support, and building lasting relationships with clients in a front-facing retail environment. On-site availability is required, with hours per week to be determined.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s for 30+ returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice onsite.
  • Grow client base and build local community presence.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
