Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide in-person tax return prep, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and community relationships.

You'll engage customers, deliver a seamless experience, and represent TurboTax in the community. The role requires active license, PTIN, 20+ hours weekly, and comfort in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite availability at TurboTax retail/flagship locations, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts to attract new clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-person.
• Assist with tax planning and complex return scenarios.
