Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return prep, provide tax advice, and software support to help customers navigate their taxes.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, foster long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class experience while working on-site.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, ≥20 hrs/wk.
Interest in building local/online presence as TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador; represent TurboTax locally.
Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for customers.
Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Leverage marketing support and tools to grow the local TurboTax client base.
