Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will perform full service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software products while engaging customers in-person.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, grow your local client base, and help drive loyalty through community outreach and marketing initiatives, while meeting scheduling and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Must have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney).
Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (federal/state).
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, 20+ hours weekly.
Knowledge of tax law and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

Proactively represent TurboTax locally and grow client base.
Provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.

Skills

EA/CPA/Attorney license

PTIN required

3+ years tax return prep

Onsite client engagement

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Strong tax law knowledge

Front-facing customer service

Ability to work 20+ hrs/wk
