Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll combine tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs and build lasting client relationships.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, support clients in-person, and help grow TurboTax’s local presence through marketing and outreach while wearing a TurboTax uniform and working 20+ hours per week in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with locals and growing TurboTax presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
