Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving as trusted advisors to help customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local community relationships.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base through outreach, deliver personalized tax solutions, and provide a high-quality customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine client care.
