Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to work in California school sites, supervising and mentoring students in an in-person setting. You will lead groups of 20–25 students, uphold safety and behavior standards, and provide engaging activities, homework help, and enrichment under the Think Together framework.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, English proficiency, background check clearance, TB test, and prior experience with groups of students.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak and write Standard English.
• Must pass Live Scan (background check).
• Provide negative TB test within last 3 years.
• At least six months experience working with 10+ students.
• Bi-literate in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 20-25 students in an in-person classroom.
• Serve as a positive adult role model for children in the program.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters belonging for students.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and apply discipline when needed.
• Identify student needs and communicate with Site Program Manager, teachers, and parents.
• Assist with homework, enrichment activities and snack preparation.
