Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and a thriving business in your community.

Role includes marketing support, client prospecting, and a customer-first approach to streamline tax processes and maximize refunds, with opportunities for growth and ongoing collaboration within the TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools and address tax inquiries.
