Job summary

Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is seeking an in-person Regional Liaison in Stoughton, MA to assist Consumers and PCAs with inquiries and problem resolution. You will also support FI documentation, EVV training, and coordinate with the Consumer Advisory Board in-region.

The role requires daily in-person presence, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Consumers/Participants and Tempus.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints from Consumers/Participants and PCAs/DCWs.
• Provide in-person assistance related to FI documentation or program questions.
• Help resolve inaccuracies or discrepancies in activity time reporting.
• Coordinate PA/WA status and request new PA/WA as needed.
• Address PCA/DCW payment issues with applicable parties.
• Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain visitor and ID badge registers; issue badges when needed.
• Perform administrative work and support other departments as time allows.
• Report suspected incidents of abuse to the DPPC.
