Job summary

Care & Help Home Care, LLC is seeking an EVV Coordinator to oversee EVV data, ensure payroll timeliness, and support education for staff. This on-site role anchors EVV expertise within the Care Center and helps drive regulatory compliance across the organization.

The EVV Coordinator will collaborate with Scheduling and Payroll, train new hires, and resolve issues affecting visit data, timesheets, and regulatory alignment. A background in home care coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating EVV data and payroll processes.
• Familiarity with state and federal EVV regulations.
• On-site training experience is a plus.
• Ability to train staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs and geography.
• Monitor EVV data and ensure payroll processing accuracy.
• Provide EVV training to staff and new hires.
• Assist in configuring mobile EVV apps for devices.
• Support audits and data extraction for EVV and non‑EVV data.
• Maintain 85%+ EVV compliance.
