Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will follow a BCBA-designed plan, collect data, and implement behavior strategies to support growth and learning.

You do not need an RBT to apply for all roles, but an active certification helps. We offer mentorship, reimbursement for training, and a clear path to BCBA certification with flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or pursued after joining.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to match client needs.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children and follow BCBA plans.
• Able to pass a background check and maintain safety.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related fields is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes or classrooms.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data as directed by a BCBA.
• Follow individualized plans and maintain consistent relationships with clients.
