Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking in-person RBTs to work with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You’ll follow plans from a BCBA, apply behavior strategies, and collect data while building strong client relationships.

Not certified yet? A clear path to becoming an RBT with a BCBA mentor is provided, plus reimbursement for training and hands-on learning during certification. Flexible full-time/part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification
• Experience working with kids with autism is preferred
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow personalized plans from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build relationships.
• Mentorship from a BCBA to guide your development and career path toward BCBA certification
