Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with families.

Active RBT certification is preferred, but if you’re not certified yet we’ll help you earn one. The role offers full-time or part-time options with flexible hours, mentorship from a BCBA, and opportunities to pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one
• Full-time or part-time availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related fields is valued
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• One-on-one work with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities
• Follow a BCBA-prescribed plan and implement behavior strategies
• Collect data and track progress
• Maintain consistent relationships with families and clients
