Job summary

Alpaca Health is an in-person position serving children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares across multiple states. You will work one-on-one with kids under a BCBA’s guidance, following individualized plans and collecting data to track progress.

The role offers mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, opportunities to become BCBA-certified, and flexibility across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs. A strong passion for kids and dependable presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or plan to obtain one.
• 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, or related fields encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA support to children in homes, schools, or daycares.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data under BCBA guidance.
• Build consistent relationships to support child development.
• Collaborate with BCBA mentor for ongoing professional growth.
