Job summary

Alpaca Health seeks dedicated RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You will implement individualized behavior plans under a BCBA's guidance and collect data to measure progress.

We value dependability, patience, and the willingness to grow toward BCBA certification. Roles are in-person across your region, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and local mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or a clear path to certification with BCBA mentorship.
• Patience and creativity when working with children who have autism.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Able to stay physically active and assist with lifting up to ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Build consistent relationships to support growth and progress for each child.
