Reingold Inc., Alexandria, VA, is seeking a Proposals Intern for a full-time, in-person internship from January 7, 2027 to May 28, 2027. You will support the proposal team by coordinating the full lifecycle of proposals, editing, and maintaining libraries of content. The role emphasizes learning, initiative, and collaboration across departments.

Average workweek is 40 hours with core hours 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of proposal development from go/no-go through outlining, content gathering and writing.
• Manage internal proposal tracker with values, wins/losses, and evaluator feedback.
• Develop libraries of approved proposal language, past performance summaries, and resumes.
• Review solicitations for deadlines, page limits, formats, attachments, notarizations, and delivery specs.
• Contribute to discrete proposal sections, including past performance, staff resumes, and compliance documentation.
• Edit, proofreading, formatting of proposal documents.
• Record notes from business development meetings and track team schedules to ensure coverage.
