Job summary

Reingold, a full-service marketing and creative firm in Alexandria, VA, offers an internship designed to immerse you in a real agency environment. You’ll learn the ins and outs of your department, contribute to proposals, and present work to the firm. Internships are full-time and in person (40 hours) during the standard workweek and pay an hourly rate of $20.

The internship class begins on Thursday, June 4, and runs through Friday, November 20, 2026. Core hours during the internship are 9 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
• Clear written and oral communication.
• Ability to follow timelines and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full lifecycle of proposal development from go/no-go to submission.
• Maintain internal proposal tracker with values, outcomes and feedback.
• Develop libraries of proposal language, past performance, and staff resumes.
• Review solicitations for deadlines, page limits, formats and attachments.
• Assist with writing past performance, resumes and compliance documents.
• Edit, proofread and format proposal documents.
• Capture notes from BD meetings and track team schedules.
