Job summary

CAI is seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to join our remote team for a 9-week program this summer, June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027. The role is a full-time internship requiring 40 hours per week, with core hours 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

Current Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical-focused major with a minor in English, Journalism, or a related field.
Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
Strong writing skills with an interest in developing technical narratives.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal creation.
Support the creation of compelling technical narratives that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposal strategies.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of proposal materials and documentation.
Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.
