CAI is seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to assist in creating technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. This full-time remote internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week and core hours 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Current junior pursuing a technical major with a minor in English, Journalism, or related field
• GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Strong writing skills with an interest in developing technical narratives
• Business-focused mindset with understanding of technical concepts
• Interest in sales solutions and business development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information for proposals
• Support the creation of compelling technical narratives communicating solution value
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposals
• Organize and maintain proposal materials and documentation
