Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the People & Experience team, including recruitment coordination, data entry, HRIS/ATS management, and special projects.
• Assist with updating employee handbook policies and research industry best practices and compliance.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and community events.
• Work with internal teams to build communications plans and distribute firmwide communications.
• Follow SOPs to ensure timely onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contribute ideas to elevate the effectiveness of the P&E team.
• Perform tasks aligned with your skills, supporting evolving team needs.
