Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding an associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) are essential; Figma proficiency is a plus; familiarity with After Effects or motion basics is a bonus.
• Take initiative, communicate clearly, receive feedback with an open mind, and bring your creative voice to every project.
• Curiosity about where design is heading and openness to AI-assisted creative platforms (e.g., Claude).
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Close attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
