Job summary

Reingold in Alexandria, VA offers a full-time internship program (40 hours) from June 4, 2026 to November 20, 2026. Interns learn the ins and outs of a full-service communications agency, work on real projects, and collaborate with experts across departments.

Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s), possess strong Excel skills, and demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree completed.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.
• Ability to prioritize and complete work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Research, catalogue, and validate project expenses.
• Assist the project team with travel regulations and policies.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures.
• Ensure quality control for deliverables.
• Collaborate on process improvements across workstream teams and departments.
• Assist the project team with various financial project management tasks.
• Develop financial management tools.
• Support project reporting efforts.
