Hand Over Hand LLC in New Jersey is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide clinical services in home, school, and community settings, developing individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.

You will supervise RBTs/BTs, monitor progress with data, collaborate with families and educators, and participate in ongoing professional development within a supportive, growth-focused clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing.
• NJ LBA licensure required.
• Experience providing ABA to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise RBTs/BTs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments and client needs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to set treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to programs.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure fidelity.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and ongoing professional development.
• Promote ethical, compassionate and high-quality ABA services.
• Support a positive clinical culture focused on client outcomes and team development.
