Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.

• Ability to handle objections in a consultative manner.

• Strong business acumen and presence.
• Team player who can contribute new ideas.
• State license in Property & Casualty and Life, or willingness to earn with training.

Responsibilities

• Utilize consultative sales techniques to prospect and initiate new business.
• Assist in processing new business and finalize sales with customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for the agent.
• Contribute to and execute a marketing plan with the agent.
• Identify prospects through community networking and existing book.
• Meet monthly goals for new business sales.
• Follow up on new policies to maintain high retention and cross-sell.
• Coordinate with other departments for quality service.
• Be the initial contact for customer concerns on policies and accounts.
• Unlicensed candidates will enroll in licensing training with company support.
