Liberty Mutual Insurance’s Comparion Insurance Agency in Springfield, MA is seeking an Insurance Sales Associate to join our in-office team. You will support a Comparion Insurance Sales Agent in growing new business and retaining customers, building local relationships and delivering consultative service.

The role requires a High School degree, 1–2 years sales experience, strong communication, and a willingness to obtain a state license with provided training.
