Acela Truck Company in Bozeman, MT is seeking an Executive Office Manager to oversee all administrative, financial, and HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This in-person, full-time role requires leadership to ensure accurate accounting and efficient office functions.

You will supervise A/R and A/P, support budgeting and cash flow, manage payroll, onboarding, and payroll reporting, and help drive process improvements across the office, finance, and HR teams.

Formación

• 3–5 years’ experience in office management, accounting, or HR roles.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Solid understanding of financial controls, accounting processes, and payroll.
• Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or HR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency.
• Maintain filing, records, and internal process documentation.
• Oversee office equipment and facility maintenance.
• Coordinate logistics for vehicle movement to and from the facility.
• Support month-end close, and reconciliation activities.
