Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• PA teaching certification required or in process per district policy.
• Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Experience planning standards-aligned instruction and assessments.
• Proven ability to use data to inform instructional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons.
• Differentiate instruction to meet varied student needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress using formal and informal methods.
• Communicate student progress to parents/guardians and school staff.
• Establish a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school leaders, colleagues, and families to support student success.
