Qualifications

• Familiarity with IDEA requirements and IEP processes.
• Nevada special education license or eligibility to obtain.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze student data to track progress and inform instruction.
• Deliver targeted instruction in resource and inclusive classroom settings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Create a structured, supportive classroom environment that encourages independence and confidence.
• Partner with general education teachers to provide co-taught instruction in core subjects such as math and ELA.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with students, families, and school staff to support overall student success.
