LEAD Public Schools seeks an Elementary English Language Learners (ELL) Teacher to join our Nashville campuses. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ELL instruction aligned with ELP standards, differentiating for diverse learners, and integrating the Whole Child approach to support academic and socio-emotional growth.

You will collaborate with colleagues to monitor progress, analyze data, and implement targeted interventions, while engaging families and the broader community to foster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid teaching license with ESL/ELL endorsement.
• Proven ability to implement data-driven instruction and monitor student outcomes.
• Commitment to the belief that all children can learn with the right support.
• Strong understanding of ELP standards and instructional strategies for ELLs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with ELP standards and meet the needs of ELL students.
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse proficiency levels.
