Pay-O-Matic is seeking a Part-Time Front-Line Customer Service Representative for our Queens locations. The role involves handling customer transactions, assisting with banking needs, and providing excellent service. Shifts include weekends and flexible hours, with a 2 pm to 11 pm focus for this posting.

The CSR will work in a fast-paced environment across stores, maintaining accuracy, following procedures, and promoting Pay-O-Matic services. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Versatility and willingness to work changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to customers’ needs.
• Process customer transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments, and selling pre-paid products.
• Open new accounts and issue customer cards like the inPower debit card.
• Ensure timely and courteous completion of transactions.
• Maintain customer accounts with updated photos, addresses, and contact details.
