Pay-O-Matic in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative (CSR) for part-time, in-person work. Shifts may include weekends and holidays, with coverage across nearby stores as needed.

You will process transactions, cash checks, and provide customer service while promoting services. Responsibilities include opening accounts, maintaining customer records, and ensuring accurate cash handling.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Identify and respond to customers’ needs.
• Process transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments, and selling prepaid products.
• Open new accounts and issue cards like the inPower debit card.
• Ensure timely and courteous completion of transactions.
• Maintain customer accounts and updated information.
• Maintain knowledge of Payomatic products and services.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Promote Payomatic services to customers.
• Follow cash handling and safety procedures.
• Keep the store environment clean and organized.
• Perform opening/closing cash drawer and reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
