• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Respond to inquiries about accounts or services.
• Promote Payomatic’s services to customers.
• Follow cash handling procedures and security policies.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform opening/closing duties and basic cleaning.
