Responsibilities

• Facilitate small-group meetings to review ABA strategies and compliance guidelines.
• Complete RBT competency assessments per BACB requirements.
• Monitor and document supervision hours for BACB compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with clinical leadership regarding progress.
