Job summary

Forte Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician in Norco, CA. The role supports children with developmental disabilities, implementing BIPs under BCBA guidance and delivering interventions in multiple school settings.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification, is at least 18, and can provide reliable transportation. Compensation ranges with experience, with daytime hours aligned to the Corona-Norco Unified School District calendar.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by BCBA/Behavior Specialist for students as per IEPs.
• Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges across school settings (classroom, playground, cafeteria).
• Use positive behavior support techniques to teach replacement behaviors and social skills.
• Collect data on student behavior and progress using data collection tools.
• Collaborate with school staff to create a cohesive support system for students with behavioral challenges.
• Communicate progress with BCBA/Behavior Specialist and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in behavior intervention.
