Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight in a school setting in Perris, CA. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, support school personnel, and contribute to program quality and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include IEP participation, data collection, FBA/BIP development, and staff training. Travel to multiple sites is expected to support regional needs and professional development. Competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and staff in school settings preferred.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and ensure ethical implementation.
• Offer general supervision and attend IEPs and team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavior plans.
• Maintain supervision/consultation notes per policies.
• Attend clinical and branch meetings to discuss progress.
• Deliver 40-hour training for new RBTs and support ongoing staff development.
• Perform competency assessments for RBTs.
• Complete incident reports and document strategies.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Develop data collection to track baseline and efficacy.
• Attend client meetings with regional manager.
• Trainee supervision to accrue BACB hours.
• Handle collateral duties as needed.
