Ro Health seeks a dedicated BCBA for a school-based role providing supervision to RBTs and collaborating with school staff to enhance student learning and behavioral outcomes. The position emphasizes hands-on supervision, program development, and data-driven practice.

The role includes conducting FBAs, BIPs, training new RBTs, and participating in clinical meetings. Travel is required; competitive hourly pay is offered with benefits consistent with full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field required.
• BCBA certification required or in process as appropriate.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to train and mentor RBTs and staff effectively.
• Willingness to travel with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• RBT supervision including regular oversight of interventions.
• General supervision of other behavioral professionals and attendance at team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement behavior plans.
• Maintain supervision notes and documentation per policies.
