Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise RBTs and collaborate with school staff in a California school setting. The role includes training staff, conducting FBAs and BIPs, and leading data-driven program development under the supervision of a BCBA.

The position emphasizes supervision, incident reporting, and coordination with educators to improve student outcomes, with a competitive hourly pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCaBA certification required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and other staff.
• Supervise behavioral providers and attend meetings (IEPs, Team Meetings).
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain supervision/consultation notes documenting observations and assessments.
• Attend clinical and branch-level meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
• Deliver 40-hour training programs for new RBTs and support ongoing development.
• Conduct initial and renewal competency assessments for staff.
• Complete incident reports for students and Ro Health staff.
• Conduct FBAs to identify causes of challenging behaviors and plan interventions.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) focusing on antecedent strategies.
• Maintain ongoing data collection to assess program efficacy.
