Job summary

Family of Kidz in Northern Westchester County, NY is hiring a School-Based RBT Supervisor/BCBA. You will provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, and classroom staff, aligning with BACB standards and supporting staff development.

The role is full-time with compensation of $75,000-$90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. Must hold BCBA, a Master’s degree, and 3+ years working with children with special needs in schools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification.
• Minimum 3 years working with children with special needs in a school setting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing supervision/feedback to clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to school-based RBTs, BTs, Teacher Assistants and staff per BACB guidelines.
• Support professional growth with feedback, training, and team-building activities.
• Schedule and conduct in-person supervision visits across assigned districts; maintain transportation.
• Coach staff through modeling, feedback, and competency-based training.
• Collaborate with school personnel to meet student needs and deliver group trainings as needed.
• Provide BCBA/LBA supervision and opportunities for group supervision as needed.
• Maintain accurate supervision records and confidentiality in line with regulations.
