Formación

Responsabilidades

• Process transactions such as check cashing, deposits/withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Issue Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, and Gift Cards.
• Balance cash drawer with minimal or no discrepancies.
• Move cash to/from main vault to stay within drawer limits.
• Prepare and transmit transaction tickets.
• Identify counterfeit money.
• Cash US Savings Bonds.
• Answer phones, file paperwork, and maintain office supplies.
• Answer basic inquiries regarding rates, charges, and account history.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer customers as needed.
• Follow bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor.
