Responsibilities

• Complete Customer Service Representative I duties.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate products or refer to other departments.
• Open/close deposit accounts and set up related products like online access, debit cards, and checks.
• Place outbound calls to new account customers within 5 days of opening accounts.
• Manage personal, business, IRA, trust, estate, conservatorship, and guardianship accounts.
• Assist with cash audits and cash drawer balance; support ATM operations.
