Toyota of Rockwall in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Business Development Center Agent. This in-person, full-time role represents the voice of the dealership and handles inbound/outbound calls to generate service appointments.

You will deliver a premium customer experience while using CRM tools. A high school diploma or GED is required; experience with VinSolutions/XTime and basic MS Office is a plus. Compensation includes $18/hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with VinSolutions and XTime a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound/outbound calls and generate service appointments.
• Deliver premium customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Constantly look for opportunities to improve dealership performance.
• Utilize CRM tools and the internet to manage inquiry flow and update files.
• Complete quotes; return emails/voicemails and other admin tasks.
• Follow up with customers to generate appointments.
