Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in person. Implement ABA-based interventions, collect data, and monitor progress under BCBA supervision.

You will assist with assessments, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and collaborate with families and educators to support meaningful daily living skills and communication development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with disabilities in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients in developing social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
