Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. You will collect data, assist with assessments, and support progress toward goals in an in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
