Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. You will implement ABA-based strategies, collect data, and monitor progress under the supervision of a BCBA.

This role focuses on compassionate patient care and improving daily living skills. The position is in-person, with full-time and part-time options, and requires RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records management.
• Strong patient care principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
