Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based behavioral techniques, collect data, and support progress toward individualized goals in in-person settings.

Responsibilities include following plans under a BCBA supervision, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, collaborating with families and professionals, and contributing to a holistic care approach.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
• Background in special education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.
