Job summary

Arthrex Indianapolis is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to own the South Bend, Indiana territory. After training, you will support live surgical cases and serve as the go‑to resource on a leading product portfolio.

Expect early mornings in hospitals, travel between facilities, and hands‑on product support alongside surgeons. The role offers comprehensive training, sales strategy development, and opportunities to advance within a national orthopedic portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in healthcare and/or competitive B2B sales.
• Comfort working in an operating room environment.
• Sharp attention to detail with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong follow‑up.
• Sound judgment with confidential information and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent Arthrex Indianapolis, providing daily support to surgeon customers in the OR.
• Build and execute sales strategies to hit territory goals.
• Keep accounts informed on product updates and educational programs.
• Identify needs of new prospects and respond with timely written, phone, and in-person solutions.
• Cross-sell products and lead new product introductions as they launch.
• Participate in ongoing training on sales skills, product features, and tools.
• Attend sales meetings and events, including some outside normal hours.
• Bring passion to our mission of helping surgeons treat their patients better.
